    Description

Clinical research in Latin America is entering a new era of opportunity. The region is no longer just a destination for isolated studies; it is evolving into a strategic hub with the potential to deliver scale, quality, and long-term vision through integrated networks of research sites. This webinar presents the real-life journey of an entrepreneur who, after building a successful standalone clinical research site, is now shaping a Latin American network designed to unite the region under a shared vision for clinical research.

The featured speaker will share personal experiences — from the early days as an independent investigator to becoming the founder of a research network with a pan-Latin American vision. The session will cover the operational, regulatory, and human capital challenges of scaling from a single site to multiple interconnected operations. Key strategic decisions, common pitfalls, and success factors will be discussed in detail.

This webinar offers both practical and strategic lens. Participants will explore how to build a network that is scientifically robust, commercially viable, and aligned with the expectations of global pharmaceutical sponsors. The presentation will highlight how a research network can act as a local innovation hub and become the ideal strategic partner for international trials.

Most importantly, the session will emphasize Latin America’s unique advantages: diverse and representative patient populations, unmatched recruitment speed, highly qualified medical professionals, and a growing capacity to generate impactful real-world evidence. Attendees will leave with actionable recommendations for entrepreneurs, investigators, and site leaders aiming to scale their operations and make a regional impact.
